Neal Schore is a media executive distinguished for developing, building and operating companies and entrepreneurial enterprises.

Schore serves as President and CEO of Triton Media Group, LLC ('Triton"). Previously Schore served as Managing Partner and CEO of Midway Marketing Group, LLC ("MMG"), a media advisory firm that engages with the private equity community to build, expand, finance and manage media operations throughout the United States. While operating MMG, Schore managed significant transactions in the media sector.

Further, Schore contributed to client growth initiatives, including M&A guidance, executive management, corporate organizational evaluation and business development, among other functions.

Schore worked for nine years at Interep, the largest full service radio marketing company in the United States, representing approximately half of all radio stations for their national advertising with total billings then exceeding $1 Billion annually. Throughout his entire tenure, Schore distinguished himself as a results oriented leader where he served in several executive positions.

Tracy’s background is deep and diverse in the operation, management and development of radio stations and formats. His skills and experience reach across all departments in radio from Management and Operations, Programming, Consulting, Talent Coaching. On-Air and Sales.

While managing and programming the legendary Star 100.7 in San Diego, Tracy was one of the first to adopt to an on air, online loyalty marketing / research strategy. Many of his pioneering efforts and success in this area are featured throughout [eco].

As a multi-award winning programmer, Tracy has been in demand as a programming and marketing consultant throughout the US and around the world. As a best selling author in the field of radio programming, Tracy has two books to his credit; Morning Radio(1998) and Morning Radio II (2001).

Tracy is an international speaker at hundreds of conferences and seminars (private and public) including National Association of Broadcasters (U.S.), National Association of Broadcasters (European), Morning Show Boot Camp, and many State and regional broadcaster conventions.

Mike has a leading vision and understanding on where national revenue resides with digital for radio - like no other. This vision is the fabric of Triton Media, with offices in Los Angeles and New York representing the [eco] system to radio stations and advertisers throughout the US.

'Ago' has over 25 years of executive experience with radio, having served as President of Katz Radio Group, COO of Clear Channel Radio Sales and co-COO of Interep National Radio.

Mike's relationships and understanding of the sales integration space have yielded multiple companies, significant revenue and expansion. 'Ago' is a recognized leader in the industry for the sales and marketing of on air, online integration since the mid 90's completing multiple national programs with significant brands including; Wells Fargo, Dodge, Comp USA, American Express, IBM and others.

As CEO of the highly successful Rogers Broadcasting group in Canada for the last 17 years, Gary comes to M2O as Executive VP – International. He leaves a long list of achievements during his charge - including the innovation and development of the JACK format. As well, Gary was the first radio CEO in the world to see the vision, muster the courage and successfully deploy [eco] - the one database listener engagement program on all stations within the group (53). Local programming, sales and research got a new advantage – and so did the group as a whole. He was there. He did it. He made it happen.

Building the Rogers group of stations from 2 to 53 during his tenure, Gary is certainly familiar with the frequent flier program. His desire is to accumulate more miles world-wide by visiting other radio CEO’s to share his perspective and experience on [eco] – the Listener Engagement Program.

From numerous board positions in charity, radio industry and business throughout the years, Gary is a born leader and brings further distinction by being inducted into the Canadian Association of Broadcasters Hall of Fame.

He jumps out of airplanes for the thrill, he flies them for relaxation. He speaks three languages and writes code in many more. He uses his technology degrees as wall paper. He’s got ‘full-nerd’ technical attributes.

His hands-on experience in banking, defense, satellite, and accounting prepared him to begin work with Reg in 1998 to develop the first web based rewards program for media.

Four platforms later, the [eco] program from m2o is regarded as a state-of-the-art central database system. Tracking and rewarding the activity: Local, Cluster, Format, and Group.

Former CFO of Fairwest Loyalty Systems, working with listener databases since 1997, Barb brings more operational and client / listener support experience to the table than anyone. She has earned her stripes in the trenches while earning an MBA in the classroom.

Jeanette has a broad background in the entertainment business, including print and television, and has deep experience in all aspects of the radio industry from promotions intern to air personality to programming management! With a Journalism degree from San Diego State, she worked with Pat O'Brian at Access Hollywood before launching her radio career at KFMB-FM in San Diego. In her 10 years at KFMB, Jeanette mastered the art of managing and executing big promotions.

Having worked with [eco] for 10 years, her experience and expertise is a valuable asset for M2O clients.

Dominick is a 24 year media industry veteran with an array of significant senior management positions at the Katz Media Group, Clear Channel, and Interep. Much of his focus at these companies was spent on developing and implementing successful strategies and systems for represented clients.

Today, Dominick works closely with advertisers developing integrated campaigns nationally, utilizing the strategic tools of [eco].

Bill is a senior sales and marketing executive with 18 years of experience in developing, building and managing sales and marketing operations for media and broadcast companies, including: Westwood One, Katz Media, Metro Networks and Nusign Media.

Bill’s current day to day focus is managing and developing the national sales infrastructure, affiliate line up and customer base for [eco] clients.
